Thanks to the concept of modular systems we have broken down the production process into 7 modules: 4 for initial transformation and stabilization and 3 for concentration and preservation. The first four concern the receptive and preparation phase, namely:

• Enzyme Pretreatment Unit (THOR Series™)
• Enzyme Processing Unit (KORE Series™)
• Juice & Pulp Extraction Unit (ATHLAUA Series™)

The other TRE modules concern the phase of concentration of the raw material and conservation of the semi-finished product, that is:

• Multistage Vacuum Concentrator Unit (CRATOS Series™)
• Sterilization Unit (SATURNO Series™)
• SATURNO Series™ + Aseptic Filling (i-ASEPTIC 1.0 Series™)
